Service

Mobile DOT & non-DOT drug testing and EtG testing

Your employees do not lose half a day driving to a collection site and sitting in a waiting room. We come to the terminal, the lot, the office or the job site instead.

Post-accident or reasonable-suspicion request?

These are time-sensitive, so call or text as soon as you know you need us and we will tell you the soonest window we can offer. After-hours visits are available at an additional rate.

What we provide

Three types of collection

DOT testing

Collections for employers operating under Department of Transportation testing programs, carried out at your location.

  • Motor carrier & transportation employers
  • Aviation employers
  • Employers managing FMCSA Clearinghouse requirements
  • Drivers and safety-sensitive staff

All six testing reasons covered — see below

Non-DOT testing

Collections for private employers running their own workplace testing policy, and for individuals who need a test arranged directly.

  • Pre-employment screening
  • Random and periodic programs
  • Post-incident requests
  • Individual and personal testing

Typically booked by: dealerships, small businesses, schools, individuals

EtG alcohol testing

EtG collections where an alcohol-specific screen has been requested by a court, agency, monitoring program or employer.

  • Court- and case-related requests
  • Monitoring programs
  • Employer-directed requests

Typically booked by: attorneys' offices, probation officers, employers

A note on programs and panels. The panel, testing reason and documentation required for your situation are set by your own program, agency or the regulations that apply to you — not by us. Tell us what has been requested and we will perform that collection. If you are unsure, we are happy to talk it through before you book.

Testing reasons

Every reason for a test, covered

Whatever your policy or program calls it, it is the same on-site visit. Tell us the reason when you book and we arrive with the right paperwork for it.

Pre-employment
Before a new hire starts, or before a driver is added to your roster.
Random
Selections from your testing pool, scheduled around your operation.
Post-accident
Time-sensitive collections following an incident — call as soon as you know.
Reasonable suspicion
When a supervisor has documented cause to send someone for a test.
Return-to-duty
Before an employee resumes safety-sensitive work.
Follow-up
The scheduled tests that come after a return-to-duty process.

Both DOT-regulated and non-DOT employers book all six. If you are not sure which one applies to your situation, describe it when you call and we will talk it through.

How your quote is worked out

  • The test requested — the panel and reason for the test both affect the job.
  • How many people — single tests and group visits are both quoted directly.
  • Your location — travel across Oklahoma is included in the quote.
  • When you need it — after-hours, evening, weekend and holiday visits carry an additional charge.

Ongoing employer accounts can be set up so repeat bookings are quick to arrange.

Questions

Drug & alcohol testing questions

Can you test more than one person in a single visit?

Yes. Group visits are common for fleets, dealerships and hiring events. Let us know roughly how many people so we can allow enough time on site.

What space do you need at our location?

A private area where the collection can be completed without interruption, and a surface for paperwork. Most offices, break rooms and terminal back rooms work fine.

How long do results take?

Turnaround depends on the test type and the processing laboratory used for your service, so we confirm the expected timeframe when you book rather than quoting a figure that may not apply to your job.

Do you work with individuals as well as companies?

Yes. If you have been asked to complete a test for a job, a case or a personal reason, you can book directly.
