TXO Mobile Services is hers — not a franchise, not a branch office. She takes the calls, schedules the visits and carries out the collections herself.
That matters more than it might sound. Testing and screening tend to land on people at awkward moments: a driver who needs to be back on the road, a hire who starts Monday, a family waiting on an answer. Having one person who knows the job from the first phone call to the finished paperwork takes a lot of the friction out of it.
It also means accountability sits in one place. If a window moves, you hear it from Oneka. If something is outside what TXO does, she will tell you that too, rather than take the booking anyway.
