Six sections covering the questions we get most. If yours is not here, call or text (572) 246-6765 and just ask.
General
5 questionsWhat does "mobile" actually mean?
It means we travel to you. Instead of sending your staff or family to a collection site, TXO Mobile Services arrives at your home, office, terminal, dealership, job site or agency with everything needed and carries out the collection there.
What areas do you serve?
The entire state of Oklahoma — metro areas, small towns and rural job sites. Travel is included in the quote we give you before booking.
What services do you offer?
Mobile DOT and non-DOT drug testing and EtG testing; fingerprinting, background checks and I-9 screening; and paternity DNA collection, hair follicle testing and nail testing.
Do you work with individuals, or only businesses?
Both. Employers, attorneys' offices, probation officers and agencies book us regularly, and so do families and individuals arranging a test for personal reasons.
Are you HIPAA and bloodborne pathogen certified?
Yes. TXO Mobile Services is HIPAA certified and bloodborne pathogen certified, and both privacy and safe specimen handling are part of every visit.
Booking & pricing
6 questionsHow do I book an appointment?
Call or text (572) 246-6765, email txomobileservices@yahoo.com, or send the form on the contact page. Text is often the quickest way to reach us. Tell us the service, the number of people and your location in Oklahoma.
What are your hours?
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Saturday, 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. We are closed on Sunday. After-hours appointments can often be arranged for an additional fee.
Do you charge extra for after-hours appointments?
Yes. Appointments outside our regular hours — including evenings, Saturday afternoons, Sundays and holidays — are charged at an additional rate. Ask for the after-hours rate when you call and you will have the number before you commit.
How much does it cost?
Pricing is quoted per job because the service requested, the number of people and your location all affect it. Contact us with those details and you will get a direct quote.
Can you come the same day?
Sometimes, depending on the day's schedule and your location. Post-accident and other urgent requests are treated as a priority — call or text as soon as you know and we will tell you the soonest window we can offer.
How do I pay?
Accepted payment methods are confirmed when you book, and business accounts can be invoiced by arrangement.
Preparing for your appointment
4 questionsWhat do I need to have ready?
Valid photo identification for every person being tested, a private space where the collection can be completed, and any form, order or authorization you were given by the requesting employer, court or agency.
What kind of space do you need?
A private, reasonably quiet area and a surface for paperwork. Most offices, break rooms, back rooms and living rooms work perfectly well.
How long does an appointment take?
A single collection is usually short. Group visits depend on the headcount, which is why we ask for numbers up front — we would rather give you an accurate window than a hopeful one.
Can you test several people in one visit?
Yes. Group bookings for fleets, dealerships, hiring events and other workplaces are welcome. Give us a headcount so we can allow enough time on site.
Results & privacy
4 questionsHow long do results take?
Turnaround depends on the specific test and the processing laboratory used, so we confirm the expected timeframe when you book rather than quoting a figure that may not apply to your job.
How do you protect my information?
Personal details and collection information are treated as confidential and handled in line with our HIPAA certification. We do not discuss your business with anyone who is not part of the appointment.
Will a result be accepted by a court, employer or agency?
That depends on what the requesting party specifically requires and how the test is set up. Bring us their instructions before you book and we will tell you honestly whether the service we provide fits what they have asked for.
Can you send results directly to my employer or attorney?
Where the service allows it and the correct authorization is in place, yes. We confirm the exact reporting route with you at the time of booking.
For employers
5 questionsCan you set up an account for ongoing employee testing?
Yes. Ongoing employer accounts can be arranged so repeat bookings are quick to schedule, whether that is random selections, new hires or periodic screening.
Do you handle post-accident and reasonable-suspicion requests?
Yes. These are time-sensitive, so call or text as soon as you know you need us and we will tell you the soonest we can be there. After-hours visits carry an additional charge.
Can you come to a hiring event or job fair?
Yes. Give us the date, expected numbers and location and we will plan the visit around your schedule.
Do you handle both DOT and non-DOT testing?
Yes. We perform DOT collections for regulated employers and non-DOT collections for private workplace policies, as well as EtG alcohol testing.
Which testing reasons do you collect for?
Pre-employment, random, post-accident, reasonable suspicion, return-to-duty and follow-up — for both DOT-regulated and non-DOT employers. Tell us the reason when you book and we bring the right paperwork for it.
DNA & personal testing
4 questionsIs a paternity collection private?
Yes. We come to the address you choose — your home or an attorney's office — and keep the visit discreet.
Can you collect a sample from a child?
Collections involving a minor need the consent of the parent or legal guardian, and that adult should be present. Tell us the ages when you book and we will let you know what to bring.
What is the difference between a personal test and one for a court or agency?
A personal test is arranged purely for your own knowledge. A test requested by a court, agency or employer is usually required to follow a specific documented process, which has to be set up correctly before the visit — so tell us which one you need when you book.
Do I have to go to a clinic for hair or nail testing?
No. Hair follicle and nail specimen collections are carried out at the location you choose, the same as our other mobile services.
Still have a question?
Text is usually the fastest way to get an answer — but call or email if you prefer.
