Service
Mobile fingerprinting, background checks & I-9 screening
Three separate things, all brought to your office, job site or hiring event — so a good hire is not held up by logistics.
What we provide
Three distinct services
They are often booked together, but they are not the same thing. Here is what each one covers.
1 · Fingerprinting
Capturing a person's fingerprints on site, with their identity documentation checked at the time.
- Applicants and new employees
- Existing staff
- Individuals with a license or application requirement
2 · Background screening
Submitting a background screening request on your behalf as part of your hiring or vetting process.
- Pre-hire vetting
- Periodic re-checks
- Case- and agency-related requests
3 · I-9 screening support
Helping employers complete I-9 documentation for new hires, handled on site alongside the rest of onboarding.
- New-hire onboarding days
- Remote or multi-site staff
- Alongside a fingerprint appointment

The process
How a screening visit runs
-
Send us the details
What is being requested, how many people, and where you are. A name list helps us schedule group visits.
-
We set up on site
We arrive with everything needed and work through your list in a private area of your choosing.
-
Submission and follow-up
Prints and requests go through the appropriate channel, and we confirm what happens next and when.
What each person should bring
- Valid, unexpired government-issued photo identification.
- Any reference number, form or authorization from the requesting agency or employer.
- Correct spelling of their legal name and current address details.
- For I-9 support, the documents their employer has asked them to present.
Pricing
How your quote is worked out
- Which service — fingerprinting, background screening and I-9 support are quoted separately or together.
- How many people — a single applicant and a twenty-person hiring event are very different jobs.
- Your location — travel across Oklahoma is included in the quote.
- When you need it — after-hours, evening, weekend and holiday visits carry an additional charge.
Recurring employer accounts can be arranged for ongoing hiring.
Questions
Fingerprinting & screening questions
Can you come to a hiring event or job fair?
Yes. Give us the date, expected numbers and location and we will plan the visit around your schedule.
Do you fingerprint individuals, or only companies?
Both. Individuals who have been asked to provide fingerprints for an application or personal matter are welcome to book directly.
What identification is required?
A valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID for each person. If the requesting agency asked for anything additional, bring that too.
How are results returned?
That depends on the type of request and the agency or provider processing it. We confirm the return method and expected timeframe when you book.
